2. Eligibility & Access

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter contracts. By using the Services, you represent that you are not prohibited from accessing financial, political, or decentralized services under federal, state, or international law.

3. Services Provided

PolySci provides a non-partisan platform for political payments that may leverage blockchain, decentralized capital, smart contracts, analytics, and AI. We do not endorse any campaign or political ideology.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate election law, AML/KYC rules, sanctions restrictions, or misuse the platform for fraud, harassment, or unlawful political contributions.

5. Decentralized Capital & AI Disclosures

Transactions may involve publicly visible blockchain data, irreversible transfers, smart contract risk, and AI-generated insights. PolySci is not responsible for user financial decisions, AI output reliance, or protocol-level failures.

6. Fees & Transactions

You agree to all fees disclosed before a transaction, including blockchain network fees. On-chain transfers cannot be reversed.

7. Intellectual Property

All PolySci software, brand assets, smart contracts, and documents are our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties and limit liability to the maximum extent permitted by California law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify PolySci Capital LLC for claims arising from misuse, law violations, or breaches of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including legal obligations or policy violations.

11. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by California law. All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County.
